Our Toyota van had its back seat window smashed early evening on a Monday, and I immediately checked the yellow pages for auto glass repair places. I called three places (at about 6:30pm), and Cal Glass was the only one where a person, not a voice machine, answered. Ray, the co-owner, couldn't have been more helpful, taking time (after hours!) to explain my options. I wasn't sure I'd be able to drop the car off the next day, and Ray offered his cell phone number so I could call later to let him know definitely, once I'd figured out a drop-off arrangement.
