Review content:
I had my car broken into and the window shattered. After a lot of insurance red tape, I finally got them to find me a place to have it repaired today. They sent me to Cal Glass in Berkeley. I spoke to Ray and he was more than happy to help me today and when I got to the shop, I was impressed at the friendliness and care they gave to me and my car. Ray was already out picking up a window to replace my broken one. I found out from them that I had actually told the insurance company the wrong window and color, but one of the guys working there told me that they would make sure I was sent home with a window and if not the proper color, they would get the right one and have me come back and replace it. I did not have to go back, as they had the correct one and were prompt in repairing it within the hour they told me it would take and with the proper window. I was very happy to have the opportunity to make their acquaintance and to get such good service. I recommend them highly. Thank you Cal Glass for helping me have a much better day!!
