I have signed up for the bootcamp at Fitness Success a couple of times, and I must say - the name of the business says it all. You will find success if you can stick to the program. The bootcamp workouts are intense. I saw definite changes in my body after a month of working out 3x a week. I really enjoyed that the classes were always different - I never found myself bored and there are modifications for most of the exercises to suit each fitness level.I definitely recommend this bootcamp program.
