What I like about working with Steve and Cynthia is that they change the workout routine.? I was afraid that I would get bored quickly, but it has been anything but boring. ?The boot camp experience is a great change of venue and makes working out fun.? I appreciate the fact that they did my measurements and body fat in the beginning and then check monthly for progress.? It was a great motivator to continue and feel a sense of accomplishment.? They both have been very encouraging and motivating during the workouts, pushing me to the next level they know I can handle.? I know that I would not be where I am today, without them!!! I think it is important to add that exercise or diet alone is not the answer.? What I like about the Yorba Linda Fitness Success program is the balance of exercise and diet.? It is a life style change and I have learned, not just an exercise routine.? They have given me the tools I need to be successful for the rest of my life!
