This is a great boutique gym. I personal train & bootcamp as well as, work out on my own. I sometimes find it hard going to the bigger gyms and feeling part of the meat-market parade. Even though I have a membership to L.A. Fitness, I will take YLFS every day of the week. Cynthia, Sophie, Brenda will kick your butts. I have no problems with billing or getting question answered. I find the staff very attentive and willing to help. Thanks YLFS....I am in the best shape of my life.
