Just visited Dali with my girlfriend last night, having heard and read raves about it, and it lived up to, even exceeded my expectations. It was livelier, louder, than I expected, with lots of large groups having a very good time. Nonetheless, the atmosphere still very romantic with the rooms lit almost exclusively by candles and the Spanish music playing unobtrusively in the background. Very long and diverse tapas menu. The sangria and the tapas were exceptional, but honestly didn't have to be; with the right company in such a fabulous setting, you will have a wonderful evening. We visited on a Tuesday night, but I understand that it is a very different atmosphere on the weekends.
