Review content:
Incompetent persons working there. I had missed my package as I was not at home. I called their store to confirm if the package was at the store and that I am on my way they told me yes it is there and I can pick it up. Yet when I went to the store I waited at least 30 mins before finding out that no one could locate the package. I requested if it can be dropped off in 2 days as I was off from work that day and the package needed signature. They called me later and left a message that it will be on hold in the store and will not be shipped again. It was a medication in the package that needed refrigeration so I asked them if they could at least keep it in the refrigerator till I pick it up but they said no. Overall it was very BAD experience with very incompetent & inconsiderate people.
