X3 sports is amazing! The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, with a sincere interest in the well being of their clients and a love for what they do. The workouts are tough but varied, great for the stressed out or easily bored. Routines and instructors vary daily, and there is a fully functional gym on-site if you want it. I have toned up and learned enough to understand what goes into a serious match, and as a female, feel confident in my skills and strength. Come see us!
