I was trying to plan a 21st Birthday Party for my best friend. I wanted it to be perfect but with a budget. I found The Blaq List randomly online. I called and someone by the name of Jordana responded to my query. I have dealt with several party planning agencies, but Jordana was unbelievable! She contacted me every day making sure I was happy with the packages she got me, she went above an beyond to get me more than what I asked for, she just went completely out of her way. Once the party night came around, I was worried it wouldn't work the way it was supposed to since she would not be able to attend -- but yet again the company's customer service skills just proved to be exceptional. Although she couldn't be there she sent some of her co-workers to make sure everything ran smoothly.
