I bought a custom PC from Pacific Solutions and I have been very satisfied. I know that this business is trustworthy for a number of reasons; My mother board died just 2 weeks after the 1 year warranty was up but they still honored the warranty and replace it for free. Because of their willingness to work with me on that warranty issue, when I was in the market to buy a netbook I had them order the exact one I wanted, at basically the same price as big-box store. Also to their credit, when I was in the market for a second PC monitor for a dual screen setup, they readily admitted that they didn't have the proper model in stock and that it would take a while to order. I have since happily purchased additional memory sticks, a video card and several other accessories. Thank you Pacific Solution. Highly recommended!
