Review content:
We used Mammoth to detail our '02 Escape before we sold it, so when we saw the deal they were offering on Living Social, we bought a certificate. However, when I called to set up an appointment to use it, I was told they won't take appointments for a hand wash/quick detail. I have an 11 month old and a 3 year old. I can't wait for 2-3 hours for my car to be washed if it's busy. When I tried explaining that to them, they told me when it's less busy.
