Review content:
I found Hodan Management to be helpful whenever I called. The secretary took care of most issues that didn't involve the owner, Randy Spear, i.e. putting in a request for gutter cleaning, etc. There was one issue in particular that involved Verizon Fios and the secretary spent a lot of time and made multiple phone calls making sure the issue was resolved for me. When she couldn't help me, Randy always got back to me within a decent amount of time. I've been happy with their management of the condo I live in.
Pros: Helpful of all issues
Cons: Office closes at 4pm
