Review content:
I used this company for a heating system last year, then recently added air conditioning for the summer. The entire experience could not have been more pleasant. The Carrier system is wonderful, and it was installed very well. I almost went with some other companies but now that I see what Robies did compared to the others had proposed, I'm so glad I made the right decision. As you can guess, there's a right way to do these things and a mediocre way, and the Robies people always took the right way. Their technicians are very respectful, educated family men, not the inexperienced kids or the stuck-in-another-era old men that you see when you deal with other service companies. So mark me down as a very happy customer.
Pros: At first the price seemed high, but when you compare quotes carefully you realize they're lower and a better value
Cons: Trying hard but can't think of one.
