Review content:
We visted the restaurant after reading several rave reviews online about the food and customer service. Unfortunately, the problem started when I used their online reservation system to book our party, but never received a confirmation email. When I called the restaurant, they did not apologize for the confusion but instead hung up on me (probably an accident). After calling back, the reservations were set. We arrived on time and were seated, but no one came to take our drink order for at least fifteen minutes-- even though there were three servers around chatting with each other and other customers (despite closed menus). The appetizers were EXCELLENT and the wine list was very satisfactory, however the main course was entirely too much food and my lasagna arrived only medium-warm.
Pros: parking, friendliness
Cons: slow service, online reservation system, FREEZING patio dining room
