I've been a customer of this cleaners for almost 20 years. I have developed a lasting, warm relationship with the owner and his wife. They have always done a good job and - on the few occasions when they've broken a button or left a small mark on a shirt - they've quickly taken responsibility and met my expectation.
Pros: Consistent, personal service
Cons: They're human - a few little gaffes
