I ordered a part from Napa Valley RV and Marine. The part came in and I drove from Richmond, CA to Napa, CA for the part I ordered. Got to the parts store and noticed a few boats out-side for sale, So I take a look. Immediately I wa approached by the little guy driving the forklift putting away the boats for the evening. He asked me what do I need and I stated, "Just picking up a part I ordered". He directed me to the front door and went through the back door and stood at the end of the service counter looking at me and my Girlfriend while I purchased the part. I felt like expressing myself, but held my tongue and purchased my part and we left. As soon as we got outside he resumed his duties.
Pros: You may get your part @ twice the normal price
Cons: Blatant Discrimination
