From the time I walked into this horrible dealership I was lied to and cheated absolutely nothing was done correctly they messed up my registration and two days after the purchase when I complained about a loud abnormal noise in the car I was told that there was no noise that it was normal and that they weren't going to do anything about it everyone from the salesman to the general manager could care less that I had a problem they had there money and that was all they cared about. I did not find one person at Universal Toyota that anything about satisfying my complaints and in fact lied and wanted an additional $5.000. to fix a problem that should have been covered under warranty. Toyota's warranty is worthless it seems they just deny that there is any problem. It is no wonder that Car dealer are at the bottom of the food chain. This dealership is the worst.
