The star rating is not a reflection of the employees. Everyone that works there is great. It is sad that they have to put up with the aweful working conditions due to Lisa, in order to have a job during these hard times. Also the people that Lisa has ripped off. Several times she had an overnight ($60 night) for someone; instead left their dogs in the kennel ($20 night) and still charged $60. She puts on a fake front. Do not tell her anything personal cause it will not stay silent. She will also make fun of and talk crap behind your back. She is very quick to say that New Buffalo Animal Hospital (her former employer) is aweful and that she is nothing like them. When in reality she is worse then them. I am her son in law. Some of you may think how can I write this. Well it is the truth. I worked for her for two years and that was the only source of my wife (her daughter) and I's income. When we recieved a call that she was throwing out and selling my wifes things that were in the family storage unit, my wife and I went and got her things. The following Friday after my wife and Lisa got in to a fight over the phone and I was fired. I was fired for "stealing". She told me and I quote " Tell Hillary to find her own health insurance and I will do what it takes to make sure you have nothing". I still have not recieved my last paycheck. My wife and I helped run her business for four months after her husband left her, and this is how we were rewarded. Yet she tells people that her daughter does not appreciate her and hates her and she does not know why. In the nine years we have been together, I can count on my hands how many times she has been nice to my wife. I have seen that the way she treats her daughter is the same way she treated her husband and treats her employees and some of the animals that are left in her care. I have seen her also do what the customer has asked her not to do. She does not care. It is her way or no way. In response to her being sued, she has been but not over grooming a dog or giving it a sedative. But I can not say the same over other things.
