To start with no one contacted us to let us know that the day we were set to move in the apt would NOT be ready! We showed up with our boxes ready to move in, and come to find out they were still waiting on a permit from the city saying it's safe for occupancy. The first 3 days we had no air conditioner! We started out with a page long list of things that needed to be fixed still in the apt. We have lived here 7months and we still do not have a motor for our bath tub. We have been told they have the motor on back order, that they can't find a motor that is the correct size, and that they no longer make the motor (all told to use by the manager Keith). Our newest problem is that we are being harassed by our neighbors. 3 adult males live in this one bedroom apt. We had to call the cops on them after they refused to quiet down on a Thursday night, they tried to fight my boyfriend when he was walking to his truck (we have witnesses to this), and they verbally threatened our safety and the safety of our property. We woke up the next morning to 4 slashed tires! Nothing is being done we continue to be threatened, and management refuses to let us our lease. Management is a huge disappointment!! I have been in the office and witnessed them tell ppl on the phone the manager is busy, and he is standing around gossiping with the other employees. The never return phone calls. To get a question/concern answered you have to go in person.
