I wanted to try out a new tanning salon and decided to go to this one. The people working there especially the manager of this salon do NOT care about the customers & did NOTHING! They made a BIG mistake on my package & did absolutely NOTHING about it. I had specifically told them to freeze the account while I was away but they DID NOT DO that as they were supposed to! I LOST Money in this tanning salon and also the packages/lotions are EXTREMELY Expensive. I Will NEVER GO BACK! I'm definitely going back to my old tanning salon which is Hollywood tans in Manhattan on 24th and 6th ave. where they treat their customers very WELL!
