1st meeting, Manager Wallace was already unfriendly but I let it go since I came to rent a car not to make friends. But when I returned the van, I have to park my personal car first on their shop and drop off my family to the airport with the rented van, when I came back he said in a rude voice I didn't park my car "the way HE TOLD ME". He acted like a father getting mad to his kid(me). I told him I am a customer, he should not make that comment, be rude and should say it in a nice way.
