I have gone to Troy's since the 80's and have always been treated with respect and kindness. I bought a washer from them not long ago and it had a bad motor and they swapped me out to another washer with no questions and within the same day. They went out of their way to take care of the customer and that is what I love about them. I know they are under new ownership and they still take care of the customer and do whatever they can to accommodate. I wish more businesses took the time to help customers like Troy's does. All my family and friends use Troy's for their appliance repairs and purchases.
