Simply amazing! Yesterday was my second appointment at Essence VIP and I am very, very pleased. I moved here from Florida a little over a year ago and have been desperately searching for someone who would take the time to get to know my hair, take care of my hair as well as style my hair. I was also looking for a salon with a pleasant and professional environment. I found all I had been searching for at EssenceVIP. My stylist is Terez and she is wonderful! She truly knows her stuff. She really does specialize in hair care. She has answers to the questions I have about my hair. She's kind, she doesn't make you feel uncomfortable, she takes her time with you and gets to know you and your hair and that is something that is hard to find. I wish I had found her a year and a half ago. I found her online on a Sunday. I called the number on the website thinking I was going to get a voicemail and to my surprise I got her. She listened to me and we made an appointment for me to come in to see her. I am so happy that I found her. The assistants there are also awesome! They are very kind, thoughtful and professional. I think I've found a home for my hair. I can already see the improvement in my hair just after two visits. I feel so blessed to have found EssenceVIP. I was out of options and didn't know what I was going to do before I found them. For you ladies with short hair and looking for someone who can cut , style and take care of your hair- Terez embodies it all! :-)
