Review content:
The BikeRack is terrible in service and price. You'll wait forever to get help, and then no one knows the answer to your simple question anyway - you'll just get passed off from person to person. They return "repaired" bikes with more problems than when you brought them in. To top the cake, their prices are ridiculously high. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
