This apartment complex has the worst manager ever. Prepare to be SCAMMED!!! Ask many of the tenants for yourself, because no review is more factual than getting authentic tenant reviews. Seriously, go ask the actual renters. I thought it was just me who, after moving in, signing and all, was requested to write an ADDITIONAL check for unnamed expenses that was never previously discussed or mentioned, let alone in the lease agreement. She claimed it slipped her mind to mention it. Also, roaches will happily accompany you, neighbors have had 20 of them in about a week's time. I have NEVER had a bug in my life prior. This place is a DUMP and maintenance is inefficient.
