I chose to go to Bee Caves Medical after a knee injury because they quoted me over the phone for two prices (consultation and x-ray) which seemed reasonable. When I arrived at my appointment I explained to an assistant that I was self-paying (uninsured), and that I would like to know ahead of time the amount for which I would be charged for the services. The assistant quoted me the same two figures I had received over the phone. The assistant also assured me that they understood that I was conscientious of the costs.
Pros: Friendly, competent staff.
Cons: Unclear fees.
