The place is secure. It requires an access code to enter where the carts are stored and to enter the facility. I, like many people, happen to work the same hours as the store manager hours (9am to 6pm.) However, the push carts are padlocked after store office closes. I understand this is to prevent thefts of the carts, but does that mean I have to take a day off of work just to use a cart in a facility that is 24 hour access? After all, it is a storage facility where some people tend to store bulky items that require a cart to safely move.
