Beware that this company does not keep hardly ANYTHING in stock so it is ALL 'special order', and you cannot return anything 'special order' if you order too much. We were talked into ordering an extra box by the salesperson Lee, and ended up with 2 full extra boxes of laminate that we didn't need, plus a full roll of underlayment. When asked specifically if this was a 'special order' product, I was told NO, that it just had to come in from their warehouse in Braselton. Well it turns out that they dont' have a warehouse in Braselton, it is Armstrong's warehouse, not theirs, and they considered it a 'special order' when I asked to return it. I was told there was no freight charge, but then when I made a fuss about returning it they told me they would take it back with 45% restocking fee plus $69 freight charge, even though there was no freight. BEWARE!!!!
