At first I was frustrated. Broke my glasses and need them to see. I went to Lenscrafters at Bayshore and it was so great. The staff was amazing. Just so everyone knows, There are 2 Lenscrafters in that mall. I went to both BUT LOVED the one across from CheeseCake Factory! The other one was not helpful and a bit unproffessional. Anyway- they really were the best. They take their time and help you through the process. They use new computer measuring. After the sales process was complete, I went to, yes, The CheeseCake Factory for lunch and when I was done, I walked in a picked up my glasses. I am so happy with my glasses they look great and I can see!! I did purchase their protection plan because I know I will break these as well, hassle free replacement, I like that. You only have a $25 copay. Even if my do chews them. Gotta love it!
