Save yourself the trouble of dealing with an individual who will rob you blind of your security deposit (for no legitimate reasons) and having migraines w/ the severe lack of maintenance, responsiveness, and all other basic/standard qualities a normal landlord usually can offer. Not only is it painful to just have a simple conversation with this person, but also the most painstaking task of getting your basic repairs taken care of on time. Not to mention, the condescending tone and the 3rd person referencing is very comical. Spare yourself, and do not sign a lease with Michael Lesburg.
