I had a plan for my new pup, and I thought it was a great deal. However with every check up, there was an "issue" that called for something that always cost extra. They are real big on xrays, which are always $150+++. I took my dog there for an emergency, he had an allergic reaction to something, his eyes were so swollen that he couldn't see, which made him not want to walk... I of course, was freaked out because he is my best friend! I get there, the vet looks at him, see's how swollen he is, and flat out says, wow, I don't know... She proceeds to manipulate his limbs, and quickly jerks his head to the left, then to the right (and remember, he can't see his eyes are so swollen), and when he yelps because of how rough she's being, then she says, "Oh, we'll need to take a FEW xrays". Forget you, I was beyond upset. I left, immediately went to another vet, who said it was in fact an allergic reaction and within 30 minutes after a shot of cortizone, he was back to normal. Pros: null Cons: null
