We had ants everywhere in our house. It was so bad, we hadn't been able to run the dishwasher, keep sugar in the pantry, keep our garbage can inside and have our pet bird in our house for two months! We were using another pest company and they came out five times, and were pushing a monthly contract on us, and never made a dent with the ants. There were colonies everywhere. I found AAA Pest Control Inc. online and gave them a call. I explained my situation to the woman over the phone. She told me they could come out the next day. They gave me an hour time frame of when they'd arrive, and he was right on time. I especially love the hour time frame of arrival. Other companies give you half a day of when they'll show up.
They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They got rid of the ants on their first trip out to my house. It was the first time in two months I haven't had ants everywhere. The other day I saw one live ant inside, and a line outside on the patio so I called AAA up and asked if it was something I should call them about, she told me it was and that she'd send someone over the next day. They arrived on time, well within the hour time frame she gave, and retreated.
I am very impressed with this company. I think they are very prompt, professional and are truly there for their customers. I know now to do my research for a new company online, from the BBB and other trusted sources.
