If you are a woman, don't shop at this Mttress Firm store. A guy by the name of "Pete" or "Peter" was very rude. I went into the store to make my first installment payment. He rudely told me, "No one was accepting payment at the store any more since they were afraid of robbery." Then I made a mistake of asking him a question about the mattress cover which I purchased a few weeks back. He nastily told me to read the label and the instructions, etc. He started to lecture me about the item. When I tod him I don't need a lecture from him, he got angry and started to yell at me. He was very argumentative and determined to take control of the conversation. Who would want to waste the time listen to a mad man? Not me! I walked out of the store while he was yelling behind my back. I definitely will make an arrangement to return the $4,200 mattress I bought from this store. I don't believe this guy would have talked to me the way he did if my husband were with me at the time.
