Review content:
I went to this salon because it was close to my house. I was wanting "just a trim" off of my long hair for an upcoming vacation. I was given to a stylist named James. I asked James just to trim my hair, and he recommended that we "thin it out" as well, also called "texturizing." By the end of my haircut I was very upset, because the trim turned my long hair into a shoulder-length haircut. I"ve never been more upset about a haircut. IT GETS WORSE: after I got home, I was washing and styling my own hair and found hair in the back that was two-inches long. When he "thinned" out my thick hair, he "took too much out" and left me with short pieces in the back. I was horrified. I called and talked to the manager (Anita) and she asked me to come in so she could "fix" my hair. You can't fix hair that has been cut too short and I will never, ever return to this salon. I am currently taking hair vitamins to grow out the short pieces in the back and getting regular trims from Daniel Miniel, Jr at Visible Changes in the Galleria.
