DON"T EVER EVER GO HERE! I live in NYC and ONLY visited this salon because I was having my wedding in the area. First of all, Morgan at the front desk should not even have a job, let alone at a beauty salon. From the minute I stepped in the door, she was rude stating we were 15 minutes late for our appointment and now one of us could not be seen at all for mani and pedi, which usually should take an hour (By the way, we were there at 12:08PM, not 12:15PM). As a mathematics teacher, let's do the math. Even if we did arrive at 12:15PM, that still leaves 45 minutes for one of us to get our nails done. With my wedding THE NEXT DAY, you would think they would want to please their customers. No way. Then after sitting through a pedicure, I walked out to start my manicure. Morgan starts in again saying, "Oh, We don't have time for a gel manicure." I complied and said alright. She insisted on saying, "Well we don't have time for both of the manicures, you were late." Then, Krissy the owner came out trying to explain why we couldn't be seen for our manicures. KRISSY SHOULD NOT OWN A BUSINESS. If this was in NYC, they would be out of business in one day. OVER PRICED, TERRIBLE SERVICE, RECEPTIONIST AND OWNER ARE RUDE. STAY AWAY! If you live in the Jamestown area, go ANYWHERE but HERE!!!
