After dealing with these people on more than one occasion, we have left the transaction feeling rode hard and put up wet- so to speak. Repeated discussions on stove problems, and billing errors have fallen on deaf ears, and we are now left with a faulty stove and receiving repeated bills 2000.00 over what we were quoted. I have spoken with area contractors that feel this outfit has a reputation for overcharges and poor management. Do yourself a favor and buy from any of the many other reputable companies that are a little less concerned with high profit, and more concerned with customer satisfaction.
