Review content:
I moved here from Florida and was doubtful about finding a great mechanic- it?s a very frightening (is somebody going to irreversibly mess up my car?) and possibly expensive endeavor. My check engine light came on and it was time for my timing belt to be changed. I found Cottman online and decided to try them out. They quoted me for the timing belt and it was in the ballpark for what I would have paid for in Florida (I called and asked my mechanic there). In addition, they discovered that one of my oxygen sensors was the reason for the check engine light. They quoted me the lesser cost for all the oxygen sensors and it ended up being the most expensive but they said that because they quoted me the lesser price, I only had to pay that amount! Needless to say, I was thrilled about that. About 6 months later I was having starting problems and I brought it to them again. They determined that it was the starter and quoted me the price for a new one (and that is what I paid). They are really great people who love working on cars. The price they quote is the price you pay. I?m so happy that I found a mechanic that I can call and they can handle the problem fast and effectively.
Pros: Very helpful, quote price is what you pay
Cons: NONE!
