I recently had transmission work done by Cottman in Cary. My experience with them has been fantastic. Daniel and Brad have both been very accomodating, helpful and friendly. Their prices are fair, their service has been quick and most of all their customer service has been above and beyond. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Daniel is very invoved as the owner of the shop and was always willing to answer any questions I've had. It's so rare to find a shop these days that the owners still care about their customers and are willing to help them out when needed...not just out there to make an extra buck. I wish them much continued success in the future. Thank you for making a "car repair" a good experience...that's the first for me.
