Very helpful and knowledgeable staff that will take the time to discuss your project with you. I had my kitchen done about a year ago and I absolutely love it. They helped me find a granite that was unique and fit into my style and my budget. They referred me to an excellet fabricator (F- I, also in Hayward) and I get compliments all the time. I'm so glad that I went to Pietra Fina because I was able to find a stone that I liked that was more unusual looking for about the same cost as the usual ones they had at Home Depot or pre-fabricated stores. Even the common stones, like Juparana Creme Bordeaux had better color and definition when compared to other stores. When you let the staff take the time to explain the difference between the grades of stone, you will understand why they aren't the cheapest place, but they have the best quality and will help you pick (from their huge selection and price range) the best stone for your home.
Pros: You'll find great quality exotic stone and a huge selection.
Cons: They can be pricey, but you'll have what no one else has
