Review content:
To respond to JHashey's comments from 1/9/08: We at Precision Automotive Service take our jobs seriously and would never take advantage of a customer. In reviewing Mr. Hashey's repair order, he came in because there was a "clunk in the front end, more so when turning left." We investigated the concern and found that the right front coil spring was broken. The car was not safe in this condition. We recommended replacing both springs and struts (shocks), and then performing an alignment. We charged him $42.88 for the time we spent diagnosing the problem. There were no other charges. There was no charge for air put in the tire. We also advised Mr Hashey that if the spring wasn't repaired, it could puncture the tire and possibly cause an accident. Mr. Hashey declined all repairs!!!!! There's always one bad apple in the bunch, and this is the one!
Pros: great service, knowledge
