We recently bought a Hot Spring spa from Anthony who is incredibly knowledgeable. His expertise was very helpful when selecting our tub. Their highly trained & experienced staff made the installation virtually painless. I've owned other brands before and have never received such first class product or service. I tell everyone I know that the only tub to buy is a Hot Spring Spa!
