Review content:
Shurbert's has an all sales final policy. OK. Their receipts say that and thet's what they told me when I called for a friend (who was to embraased that the peice didn't work) to tell them that she didn't want one of the two peices. The sales woman didn't mention the policy when we were both in the storeor I would not have let my friend buy anything there. Odd thing was that when they called my friend about the delivery, the delivery people said that they were bringing a check and then said that they had the wrong order. Now, it could be a rebate or that could have been a return that that check was for on the other order. We don't know...
Pros: good construction
Cons: to large, poor service after the sale
