Rip OFF...do not use. For a AAA rated service it is hard to believe they have zero regard for customer service!!! They were dispatched by AAA on a towing service call for my vehicle. Hamners didnt bother to call me before they came and they brought a tow dolly. I refused the service because of potential damage to my car because of a rear axle issue. The driver only cared about the money..told me the axle wasnt an issue and he could tow it anyway. I knew better and refused. Since Hamners trucks were right around the corner I asked him to go get a flat bed. He told me I would have to order another service call and advised that I would be charged twice. I called AAA told them I needed a flat bed and they dispatched a differing towing service. Low and behold another Hamners driver pulled up with a flat bed at the same time obviously expecting to get paid twice. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Now I am dealing with AAA on a dispute where Hamners is trying to get paid for a towing service which they never made. They never even hooked up the car! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
