Horrible service! Started looking at vehicle 2 hours past time it was scheduled. Certified Pre-Owned which means under warranty and they couldn't find info. Sitting there waiting and they had a cell number to call but took it upon themselves to do something not authorized and then had the nerve to charge for it. They called place we bought vehicle from and yelled at them...a mess...because the gal couldn't find the vehicle on the site for the warranty. She just didn't look well enough.
