Review content:
Called November 17, 20ll Thursday and the answering service stated they would call back in one business day. I called back on November 21st and left a message again and its 5:22 pm and no one has called me back. This is the third time I have had to use them because they are the dealer and distributor for Fireside Hearth & Home. Each time I've had a problem reaching a person. I do not recommend this company for service.
