These guys were AMAZING! My check engine light was on and I went there by accident thinking it was a mechanic I had seen before. When I figured out I was in a transmission place the sweet guy behind the counter offered to do the computer check to see why the light was on and then refer me to an appropriate mechanic (most places charge $25-$50 just to hook up the little computer checker) Turns out the code was something to do with my transmission so I left my car there. Later that afternoon they told me that, because they couldn't get my car to recreate the problem and because the code wasn't specific to any sort of ailment that there didn't seem to be anything wrong at all with the car and that I could pick it up and didn't owe them any money. Now that is the first time I have EVER heard that from a mechanic. It restored my faith in mankind (or at least mechanic-kind) Thank you Tran-Medic and if and when my transmission does take a crap I WILL go directly to you.
