This is a retraction from my earlier remarks. These guys are still in business with good intentions. Some mis-communications with a temp employee, i.e. not owners. Ended up having a new valve body installed to prevent another major overhaul because torque converter kept going into overdrive at low speeds. Unfortunately, another shop installed the valve body. Owners called back recently and were out of town when we initially called. The computers on the Ford Vans do not shift well, but they should have recommended new valve body in initial repair.
Pros: nice building, good parking
