Almost 5 months ago I found Dr. Shel's office through a highly reputable website. I was eager to get in with her and let her assess my condition and concerns. I was greeted by and excellent staff and treated with great respect. I felt as if every one of my concerns was recognized and brought to the attention of the staff. When I met Dr. Shel for the first time she was very complete in her assessment and explained multiple treatment options available. When I was finished with my consultation I was escorted to a quaint room where I met with the treatment advisors who discussed in detail the expectations as well as cost for each treatment method. I should mention that I was expecting concierge service and had budgeted for the expected cost of therapy. I did find that the services as a whole were very comparable to other locations I had looked. I had done my research on Dr. Shel's philosophy and scope of practice prior to my appointment, thus I was ready to discuss the multiple options that she may present for my concerns.
