I went to Dr. Shel looking for something that would change the way I felt. I am a busy Mom that went through the motions of life day after day taking care of everybody but myself. The best decision I made was having the courage to walk through that door. I use the word courage because I knew this would take commitment on my part and again, I always did everything for everyone else and used the excuse there are just not enough hours in the day to do something for me. I committed to doing the HCG program as well as Bioidential Hormone Therapy. The change can only be described as incredible so please don
