Town and Country are a very professional, well established agency. I signed on with them to find a position as a nanny at the end of February ?08 and they found me the right fit by the end of April ?08. When I went to their office to get started, the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. I met the four people that were going to be hunting for my position and they were all very relaxed and open. I liked Town and Country, because they were very organized from within and seemed to have a good communication system between each other, working well as a team. If I spoke with an agent who I didn?t usually talk to, she was all up to speed on my case. Also they were diligent about not giving up on the search no matter how long the search lasted, and they wanted to make sure that both the family and I were happy with the arrangement. I was close to getting a position at one point but then my schedule changed and even though it didn?t work out with that particular family, Town and Country kept right on with the search. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for an ?in home position? to use Town and Country as an agency to help you find the job that's right for you. Pros: Friendly, diligent, organized, work around your prefrences, Non-pretentious atmosphere Cons: Only for in home positions; nannys, aupairs, tutors, house keepers ect.
